Faculty Development

Happy Life World School ’s greatest asset is its teaching staff. We have teachers from across the country and from different nationalities with tremendous experience in international education. Most of our teachers hold advanced degrees and several others are working towards additional qualifications. Above all, our teachers love working with children and helping them grow and develop the standards of the learning to which we subscribe.

We seek to inspire students and to provide them with the academic and social skills that will enable them to fulfil their human potential as responsible global citizens. The school also has a Special Educator to help out children with learning challenges and a Career Counsellor for counselling students from grade Nursery upwards and guiding them towards achieving their set career goals. The school has an efficient Student Counsellor who guides and advises students and parents.

Continuous Professional Development

As a school and as faculty, we are committed to ongoing professional development. This includes upgrading our own wealth of pedagogical knowledge and experience through regular in-service training, as well as leadership and participation in workshops, conferences and other training opportunities hosted by international education organizations in India and beyond. The school empowers teachers through various training sessions conducted throughout the year besides a mandatory training in the Cambridge Curriculum and methodology.
